Fortunately Minutes staff have Duvet Days – just call the office before 10am and a day of relaxation is yours, no questions asked. When you start at Minutes, you’ll automatically have two Duvet Days per year to use as you wish, and you’ll get an additional one for every year of service.
We believe that when our games are successful, every member of our team should share in that success. Whatever your role in the studio, when you join Minutes Studio you’ll automatically become part of the Minutes Studio Staff Bonus Scheme which means that you will be rewarded based on the success of our games.
